A word about Cellphones:

• Using Cellphone on sales floor is against policy, however using as a work device to review procedures, take photos etc, is understandable.

• Use Clipboard - To be professional and discreet,
  It is helpful to hold cellphone to clipboard and use pen or stylus when you need to briefly check device.

• be brief

• When possible this should also always be out of sight of customers and staff.

• Having a conversation on cellphone while on the sales floor is inappropriate, except for work related emergencies.

• Personal conversations on phone should only be during breaks and not on site at Zara, not on sales floor or back staff area. During break find a discreet area outside or in mall.

Remember the 5 seconds that someone sees you on the phone combined with another 5 seconds, combines to give the false impression that you are always on your phone.
