Guard Daily Form. Fill this out after every shoplifter or suspected shoplifter

Please fill this out for any situation that includes a Crime.

Perform guard inspections at least twice a week at every site covered.

The guard inspections are to check on the services we are providing and to check on the quality of service for the client . 

We need to have these reports submitted twice weekly no later than Saturday end of day. 

These reports will be submitted to the client after final review as they are requesting follow up.
